eggs and the fat

The eggs i bought today have 4.5 grams of fat per egg. I understand that the fat is in the yolk. But how much of the fat is in the whites? I am not a big fan of eggs, but u gotta do what u gotta do.....while i am asking, do the yolks have any protein, or does that come from the whites?? Any help?? Thanks guys Fuller

egg whites have no fat in them.
yolkes do have protein in them.
the fat from the egg is not going to harm you, I would not eat like 10 off them but 2-3 whole eggs and about 6-10 egg whites is a pretty good meal. Just go get the egg whites in the carton if you just want the whites
