I dont know if this should be posted in a different section or not, but i trust you guys the most.
Ive started doin a clen/ECA cycle (2wks clen / 2wks ECA). Ive used just an ECA before, but this is my first experience with clen. So far its makin me real tired and unmotivated. Im thinkin about pickin up some diet mtn. dew or maybe sugar free redbull to take down before i go workout.
So my question is, what is the shortest gap of time i should have between when i drink that energy drink and when i workout?
