    caffine...

    I dont know if this should be posted in a different section or not, but i trust you guys the most.

    Ive started doin a clen /ECA cycle (2wks clen / 2wks ECA). Ive used just an ECA before, but this is my first experience with clen. So far its makin me real tired and unmotivated. Im thinkin about pickin up some diet mtn. dew or maybe sugar free redbull to take down before i go workout.

    So my question is, what is the shortest gap of time i should have between when i drink that energy drink and when i workout?

    Are you on a low carb diet. Cuz that is the only reason you would feel like that on that kind of combo!! I have good results with 20 minutes out.

    even on a low carb diet clen should have you a bit jumpy.. clen is like eca on steroids .. i just had to say that

    elliot I'm not sure jumpy=energy...been there before....wrote tha book...Although you may feel hyped up you can find yourself gasping for air 15 minutes into a hard workout and feel like shi/t for the rest of it. I would rather take in some quality carbs (oatmeal...rice....protien bar) and feel good all tha way through the workout. If you are pre-comp then you will just have to deal with it so as to burn excess fat...Peace

    I am currently cutting, so carb intake is low which is definately adding to the sluggishness. So far, I personally felt more energy with the eca, however, i recently came off an eca before starting clen , so it could be that i am coming down from that?

    Well the problem could be from the down regulation of your beta-receptors becoming adapted to the ECA feeling. Is this your first use with an ECA? Generally this is problem because the body is going through it's first phase with ephedrine and then w/o it. Also, a good solution could be just to give yourself 1-2 weeks of stimulant free weight training and nutrition to let your body become un-immune to the products. In that 2 week time you could also help your receptor sites to greatly absorb the weight loss products better by taking a product called Ketofin.
