time seperation from cardio to lifting...
Another question for yea guys... So i get up and do my 40+min of cardio in the morning. I finish, shower up, then eat my first meal. When, after the meal, is the earliest I can go do my lifting?

I would say give your body at least 2 hours to let the protein digest fully and fats digest partly or mostly.
