    Sample carb up day???

    My cutting diet is good, but it can always be better, so i have been experimenting with a couple things. Recently, ive decided to indulge in a cheat day (more of just a cheat meal) one week, then the next week switch to a carb-up day and see how this works for awhile. I understand that just like a cheat day, you can also go overboard with a carb up day.

    So my question is, does anyone have a good clean sample carb-up day meal plan?

    I have a 6 meal eating plan. On meals 1-4 its a pro/carb meal and meals 5-6 pro/carb. On meals 1 and 3 I utilize slow digesting carbs and on meals 2 and 4 I utilize fast digesting carbs. Hope that helps bro.

    It does, however, i just want to confirm one thing. You have listed that meals 1-4 are pro/carb then meals 5-6 pro/carb again. Just wondering if you did mean to have pro/carb listed twice??

    woops type bro. meals 1-4 are pro/carb and meals 5-6 are pro/fat
