    Diet on NON-workout days??

    Now that I know what to eat and when to eat it on my workout days, what part of it should i change on days when i DON'T workout?

    P.S. - I am following the plan explained in the "how to cut" sticky at the top of this forum.

    more protien carbs on lift days, which is usealy consumed before and after lifting is were you add the extra

    beatin it up...
    Make all your meals protein fat meals except for one and make it a small pro/carb meal. I follow a meal 1-4 and 6 as pro/fat and meal 5 a pro/carb meal on my non-training days.
