Can't seem to gain PLZ help
Alright bros i know my diet is lacking big time somewhere and i need to find out where and need some enlightinment i am stuck at 205 and can't get past it my morning meals on Mon Wed and Fri cause i try to get as much sleep as possible then rush to work and eat when i get there cause i work with the fam. and they don't care just as long as im not late
Meal 1-8:00
umm varies if its tue and thurs i usally eat
4 eggs
Chicken breast
2 glasses of Milk
and some wheat bread
if its Monday Wed or Fri
either Tuna Protien shake or
Chicken breast in a can and a protien shake
or 2 cans of tuna or 2 cans of chicken breast
and some yogurt or bread or a Protien bar with some carbs in it
anything i can try to find with some complex carbs
i know yogurts not complex but its what i can find when i am runnin out the door
Meal-2 10:00
2 cans of tuna or 2 cans of chicken breasts
or a grilled chicken breast
protien shake
or a protien bar
Meal-3 12 :00
Chicken breast
rice
some type of veggie
meal-4 3:00
same as meal 2
Meal 5 6:00pre work out
chicken breast
2 cans of yogurt
wheat bread
or a u turn bar if i have some
1 glass of oj
try to get over 100 carbs
meal 6-post work out meal
Chicken breast
Rice
milk
u turn bar or somthing with some more carbs in it
try to get 100 or more carbs
meal 7
chicken
veggies
i know its not the best diet but thats why i came to ya'll its done me right till now i have went from 179 to 205 using this and i am on cycle right now. Plz critique this i need it, i am getting so frusterated with myself

How old are you??? Workout schedule...heavy day...light day.....max day etc. etc. I have not added it up but it looks like you are getting enough protein. The reason I asked your age is because I was stuck around 200 for years. I would suggest you find a calorie-protein-carb book or online counter. Visit www.animalpak.com for true hardcore diet and like it say's "Go Hard or Go Home" ....Peace

How old are you?
Up the calories 500 to 1000 more per day, clean though.
calories are the bricks with which we build. if 100 bricks gets use a 10 ft wall then we need another 50 to get the wall to 15ft, get it?
3000 cals my have gotten you 200lbs but to get 210-220 you may need 4,000.

REPLYING IN CAPS. FIRST OFF, WHERE'S THE CARDIO AND WEIGHT TRAINING?? EVEN THOUGH YOUR BULKING, YOU SHOULD STILL HIT IT UP 3 DAYS OR SO A WEEK.

Oh your twenty...then my advice to you is to take it slow. Stop weighing yourself. Start eating more potatoes, pasta, bread etc etc. Drink plenty of milk and just go have fun. At your age if your trying to gain it then you have to eat. Hell I was so obsessed with it at that age I would go eat 6 big macs and three large fries. Now, I'm not saying to go do that cause with all the diet knowledge I know now that this was wrong and unhealthy. Thank God I did not have the money to do that all tha time. Peace

From a quick glace at your diet i can tell you that you arent getting enough carbs bud. When your young like me take advantage of eating lots of carbs. I find I gain WAY better when i lower my protein intake and raise my carb intake.

I was going to offer my thoughts, but after the blatant dis-respect shown, hell f*ck no.
Takes a lot to anger me, but smarting off to someone who just broke down your entire SH*TTY diet to help you, and went further by notifying you about training/cardio, is absolutely uncalled for. If you were to have done this at my board, I'd have banned you immediately. No time for these kinds of unappreciative kids.
Gearaholic is right, and you're attitude shows it. Research and come back in a few YEARS.

dont mean to bully up on anyone....im still new here but if pple are willing to reply to your questions you should be greatful. It would have been easier for them to just say i dont feel like replying and move on to the next post. Just saying to show a lil more appreciation JMO.
