My cutting diet is good, but it can always be better, so i have been experimenting with a couple things. Recently, ive decided to indulge in a cheat day (more of just a cheat meal) one week, then the next week switch to a carb-up day and see how this works for awhile. I understand that just like a cheat day, you can also go overboard with a carb up day.
So my question is, does anyone have a good clean sample carb-up day meal plan?
