Cheating?
I have read and have been told that cheating on your diet is very important. For your Sanity as well as other reasons. Is this correct? If so when should Ibegin to cheat? How many times? (1 a week? more then once? every 2 weeks?) I heard that it shouldnt be a cheat day just a meal. What exactly does that mean? Can I have Mcdonalds, cookies, pasta, etc.? Im on my third day dieting now. I need something to look foward too. My friend said I shouldnt cheat for 3 weeks. I think I might go insane, but if that what you tell me i should do , ill do.

I wouldn't have an entire cheat meal unless your very, very lean to begin with. Notice some people get real tired following a high carb meal while others get very excited and energetic. The ones falling asleep tend to be more insulin resistant and store fat much easier. So it really depends on your body type and metabolism.
If you put on fat rather easily, a cheat meal or two is okay but I wouldn't be going buck ass wild all day long. As for cheat meals spiking your metabolism, I think thats bologne! But one or two meals out of 50 strict meals during the week certaintly won't hurt you.

Well I was fairly skinny upto this past year or 2. Never had a six pack or anything but skinny. Even now im not fat but I dont have a sick six. Maybe a 4..lol. But when Should I cheat. This is my first week, can I cheat already? Should I atleast go a full week first? Every 4 days? I havent got a clue how to diet. But I want to stick with it.

I dont think it would be a problem if you didnt go overboard and just had like a cookie or something now and then but a whole meal.....I dont think that would be good.

well im going to cheat on easter cuz im going to eat some nice lasagna, an nobodys stopping me haha

i have a few cheat meals in a few weeks, nothing extreme

I wouldn't start cheating this early in your diet. I waited two weeks, and every saturday evening/night I eat a big ass mexican dish. Just 1 meal a week, and I have continued to lose weight through my diet and cardio. that is really the keys
