Cals/Carbs/Fat
I have been dieting for almost a week. But am still having difficulty knowing if im doing it right. I def. cut down everyting bigtime. How many cals., fat and carbs should I be taking in. Im 196 lbs, 5'10, work out 5 times a week, and do cardio 4x at 35 minutes. Thank you

Check out the archives. their are a lot of sample diets around. Also post your diet so we know exactly what you are eating and we can better critique it for you.

I have looked at the stickies at the top of this forum and it doesnt really tell me how many cals./carbs/fat I should be taking and what is to much. It just says you need them. It only says that I need 1.5-2 grams protein.
