Thread: Wheat question

I have some pasta, and the ingredients are Durum Wheat Semolina, and Durum wheat flour......good right? Sound whole wheat to me, just don't know the differences between all the kinds of wheats. If it is okay, would his be okay to consume ppwo? Or should I stick to the yams?

Yeah, I'd say it's cool for pwo in the correct amounts. If you are cutting, may wanna stick to the yams/rice/sweet potatoes. (some bloat from pasta, no matter what the kind) ****, something about pasta that is really good!

Hehe, you're telling me. Okay, I will stick to the 100g of sweet potatoes for now. But when it comes time to bulk...wheat pasta here I come.
