They are pretty good. A trainer assisting me for my Sacramento show was kickin' me a slice of tomato every 5 mins in Denny's the night before, as I was soooooooo **** thirsty and just annhialated a t-bone steak plain by itself, in like 3 minutes flat and was "lookin' for more".........

Here are the carbohydrate counts for various types of tomatoes (from a search on google)

(the amount of carbohydrate stated is for one tomato):

    Red tomato 7 g
    Yellow tomato 6 g
    Orange tomato 4 g
    Roma tomato 3 g
    Cherry tomato 1 g

sounds like it did some incredible stuff to ur body ..so i suppose its gd to go? u see..for my pro/fat meal, i will have a big bowl of veggies..which most of the time circulates around spinach, and tomatoes..and i've been looking great. Erm..i suppose the spinach has some effects to what i've been experiencing? eg:great pumps during workout..i don't look really flat after continuosly consuming it for about 2 weeks..and seems to feel more full..i know spinach is high in iron..and iron produces more red blood cells..so does this explains those great pumps i experienced? tnx bro

Well, the tomatoes didn't really do anything incredible to me, other than keeping me from jumping the next table full of teenagers and stealing all of their sodas!!! I was inside out dry that night...........

tomatoes contain a good source of vitamin B3( Niacin ). B3 is a coenzyme. This nutrient is involved in the metabolism of lipids ( fats).
