Frozen dinners bad?
I was looking at some frozen dinners and saw the Hungry Man ones have 30g of protein or so and 650 calories 84g carbs....My question is would it be bad to eat one of these a day on occation when I am strapped for time. Not for every meal, just for one meal. Is there something that is inherently not nutritious about frozen dinners??
btw: I'm looking to gain weight, not worried about getting fat...Just bulking up.

You'll bulk up, that's for sure.
Needless to say, ~SC~ gives this choice, at anytime really, two thumbs down.
When I was little I used to love to pick n choose those things, now that I understand nutrition/health, I look at them a totally different way, that being the opposite direction.

If any of what they say is in there is ACTUALLY in there.
My Lord, the fats/processed carbs/sodium/hydrogenated oils/etc.........the list goes on and on!
