I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I couldn't find it. I've seen diets for 200+ lb. , but I am 145-150 and want to bulk. Have a fast metabolism and low body fat. I am trying to put together a diet (stricter than I have been using) so I need to calculate my calorie intake amount and protein, and carbs. If anyone has a formula or link that could help me out I'd appreciate it.
