    vanadyl sulphat question

Vanadyl sulphat transports carbs into the muscles(in the form of glucogen(sp?)) rite??

So when on a low carb diet is it possible that the vanadyl "steal" the carbs and transport it into the muscle so the muscles will burn that instead of muscle tissue protein or maby even store it and burn fat instead??

Or am I just majorly lacking in information on how the body burns the calories it gets??

Your right Vanadyl sulphate is a glucose disposal agent!

And is especially necessary for carb depleting/carb loading diets.
What vanadyl does do is transport more of the carbs we eat into the muscle cells rather than storing them as fat,so yes there would be more energy for training etc..and less of a chance of the body having to break down your amino acid stores for energy, but it does not cause a greater release of fat for energy etc...

    Hope this helps...

He almost qualified into the olympia last year and I think he will make it into olympia this year, hes absolutely awsome.
His training video Viking Strong is the best video I have ever seen and his posing rutine rocks.
I just hope he will keep his midsection tight and not get all crasy about hgh.

Sorry to get back to you so late johan!

dosage is 10-20 mg at each meal for BB purposes!

They say chromium Picolinate has a similar effect to Vanadyl , except vanadyl doesn't need insulin to perform it's magic unlike chromium.

    Hope this helps...

I will be taking Vanadyl and chromium during my dieting phaze.

np mallet Im in no hurry :-)

I dont know if its my imaginaton but vanadyl damn works good in preserving carbs for workouts.
I had my eating day on friday and ate 60mg vanadyl spread out on 3 different times on the day(each time with a high carb meal).
The day after my arms had blown upp half a inch and i fellt incredibly full. Yesterday I only ate 30g carbs total and today I only ate 5 grams of carbs before my leg workout. And still my leg workout was the best workout I had in a long time.

I think I will chage my routine and workout heavy on the 3 days after my eating day and eat vanadyl with my meals containing carbs every day(I only eat carbs post workout on regular days).

    Chromium sounds interesting BTW.

Yep that Vanadyl rocks! it's almost like taking slin.

I find the muscles feel extremely full all the time when taking Vanadyl too!

But it becomes almost painful when taking it along with AS so I save it for the latter part of the cycle(cutting)

Glad to hear your having such good success with the Vanadyl, most people brush off Vanadyl before they even give it a try.I agree that most OTC products are S@@T, but creatine and Vanadyl get a big thumbs up from me!

I have always liked vanadyl since the first time I used it.

The first time I used it and did a arm workout it feelt like the skin on my biceps where about to be torn apart. I love that feeling.

Cant wait until Im old enoug to begin with steroids and feel the amazing pumps from that :-)

But creatin has never worked realy good for me.
Sure I have gotten some strenght gains and it helps against lactic(sp?) acid build upp, but I never ever gain any water weight from it, not a single f**king pound(maby Im just lucky to get the strenght without the weight but it still is anoying).
