I utilize my SUP2 program tailored to fit my stats/goals actually. Works very well. I'm currently doing a mix of my two programs, and have 2 clients doing the same, and we're trying to see how it pans out. Only issue I have is cheating at night, **** friends come over and it's like party time, hahaha. Ah well, I do need to gain some weight for knee rehabilitation purposes.
