    Eating fats with carbs

Ok, so i hear a lot about not eating carbs with fats and i pretty much follow that. But i also hear a lot of guys talk about it like its just theory and that mixing good carbs with good fats is ideal. Im lost....what are the real facts and what should one do?

If you are trying to cut, you should not eat carbs and fat at the same meal. If you are just eating normal, assuming the carbs are clean carbs, it is not as big of a deal, especially in the first part of the day. I try and never have carbs and fat together toward the end of the day.

It is FAR from "just a theory".

    In fact, it's proven science.
