how badly should i cut out my sodium intake during a cycle reduce it or cut it out completely,,
example eating bread would that be fine since it has salt?
same thing with sugar, i heard it promotes acne
so no juice or fruits???????

Too much sodium is bad for you. but a little wont kill you. In moderation sodium is ok as long as you drink lots of water. I fyou do you should be fine. ive known people whove cut sodium out of their diet, but these guys are body builders preparing for competition. as for regular joes like us sodium is fine.

Sodium is on no issue at all provided you drink adequate h20.
Bread however should go!

giving up bread was one of the hardest thigns I ever had to go. Garlic, white, wheat, toast, why god must you make so bread so bad nutritionally?

bump..........even whole wheat bread is bad to eat? I like to use it for a source of carbs around 12-1 o'clock with turkey.....any suggestions?
