    Coming off a cutting cycle

    Hi everybody!

I'm coming off a cutting cycle which I had pretty good results from. Dropped about 10lbs and got down from 18%bf to 9% in 8-9 weeks.

Only problem is; I've been in pct for 2 weeks now and since I came off my bodyweight has dropped about 8 pounds !. I've upped my calories and been eating doggcrapp style since I came off, whit bulk eating throug the day and no carbs after 6pm. Done cardio only 2 times a week.

I drove out a lot of water the last week of my cycle - about 2lbs after some some alkohol and a little party drugs on night. Could clearly see the difference, so I can't belive the weight drop now is much water really. But strenght is the same as when on, so I really don't understand much right now.

I had a hard time getting my tests up running this time, not before yesterday I could notice them had grown a bit. Maybe weight drop has something to do with this?

Anyone can see what the reason for my weigh drop is ?
What is the best thing to do when coming off a cutting cycle ? diet-wise ? I mean everyone would like to try stay lean after coming off also ..

Are you going on a maintenance diet or bulking diet? whatever the case you should slowly up your calories a day at a time. say 100-150cal a day til you reach your goal. you wouldnt want to shock your body just yet.

Exactly! I would go for 2-3 weeks of maintanance after your cutting or bulking before going onto the next.
