Is this a good snack to add to a cutting diet?
Im making a food list for my cutting phase.
Is this yogurt a good snack? It has a good amount of protein compared to carbs but it has 5g of sugar. What do you think?

You can find better. But I don't think that will hurt, just wouldn't make it an everyday thing. They have Fat free, Sugar free, yogurt that tastes just as good though.

Didnt realize they had fat free and sugar free, LOL. That shows you how much I know.
I like yogurt so I will add the Fat free, Sugar free yogurt to my list. Thanks alot.
