often washroom trips, good or bad?
i do eat alot of calories which is why i take alot of dumps in the day....but i sometimes do it like 5 or 6 times a day...is this normal or is my metabolism too fast...

What foods are you eating? Some pass quicker than others.

washrooms
well i find that when i take in dairy products like yogurt or milk, even coffee i find myself in the washroom more often. I also eat alot of 12 grain bread maybe this has something to do with it....im new here this may sound like a dumb question but is that a pic of you that you have on ur post's(swolecat)
if it is holy sh@# what a physique!!!!good job bro uve been probably doing this for a while.

Dairy is one, yes, but you aren't lactose intolerant, are ya?

I'm on the crapper several times a day... but I eat a lot of high fiber foods. it's all good bro, gotta process that protein!

washroom
well im not lactose intolerant but i have a very slight slight alergy to milk but nothing big, doctor told me nothing to worry about...i too eat alof fibre in the form of fruits thats probably another factor.

I'm on the can at least 3 times a day. Funny though, when I'm dieting for a show, I end up just going once a day... sometimes 2. Less stuff to process I guess and way less junk too
