    Some snacks

    I often find myself hungry between meals, but never really have any small finger foods to pick at. Besides nuts, whats are some other snack foods you guys eat without feeling guilty??

    you can eat cellery till you want to puke and it shouldn't affect ya. I use that when I'm dieting and just need to eat something.

    I also ate sugarfree jello a lot. Stufs you up, but there are no calories to it.

    Sugar Free Jello definitely...

    Crystal Light & Diet Soda help with hunger...

    Sometimes I eat a bunch of lettuce, or snack on some other green veggies like brocholi or green beans. If I am on the go... I just drink a lot of water & chew sugar free gum. Helps calm food cravings

    I second the diet coke comment. I wanted to point out though that 75% of the time we feel like snacking, our bodies are actually craving water, not food.

    That's good to know D1, thanks! (the water/hunger thing)

    Snacks I like are beef jerky, low carb tortillas w/natural peanut butter (sounds weird, tastes great), sugar free popsicles (pre-contest lifesaver!), and diet soda.

    Cool, i'm gonna have to pick some jello next time at the store. Anybody know if they sell the low carb tortias at regular grocery stores? Thanks bros!

    i might get flamed for this, but i read in the current issue of mens fitness that if you suck your stomach in as hard as you can and hold it for as long as you can, it will cut off the flow of acid to your stomach, thus eliminating cravings. haven't tried it yet, so i can't support or deny wether or not it works. but for snacks, i like lowfat cottage cheese. it has some sodium, but it is low in fat/high in protein. as for the taste, i used to think it was gross but after a while i find myself really liking it.
