Training great, Gear great, Diet... .sucks
What is my problem. I can go hard for 6-7 weeks then I fall of the wagon.

What is your approach? (dietary approach)
How do you then fall off the wagon as you state?
I can say that your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same. So, that will determine how much you fall of that perverbial wagon.

You need to cheat once in a while... nothing wrong with a cheat meal a week...
