    Mexican Rice

I went to a mexican restaurant last night on a date. It wasn't time for a cheat meal so I scanned the menu for the cleanest thing I could find. I am trying to cut right now. I got just a plate of grilled chicken, put a little salsa on it, and a side of mexican rice. is the nutritional value of mexican rice any different from rice, and if so how?

The mexican rice is actually a blend of both white, brown, and wild rices. I wouldnt worry too much about it. Just get back on track with eating and you'll be fine.

LOL, but if it's anything like mi Suegra's rice, it's made w/oil to begin with. It tastes great, but most have oil. I'd say if it was only one meal, you're gonna be okay.
