Has anyone gotten heartburn from flax seeds? The reason I'm asking is because for lunch today I had steak, and two tbsp of flax seed. Then all of a sudden I got this bad case of heartburn. I don't think the steak gave me heartburn because I eat it all the time but this was the first time that I had taken two tbsp of flax seed. Is there any way to prevent this? Thanks!
