    Need help with my diet.

    Hey, thanks for takin the time to look at this thread and helping me out. Im 5"10 185lbs and id like to get in the 170 range. So far this is what ive come up with for my diet.

    Meal1
    5:30 am
    half a cup of oatmeal
    1 cup of 1% milk.

    Meal2
    9:00
    4 egg whites
    1 can of tuna
    some mixed nuts.

    Meal3
    12:00
    1 Chicken breast
    half a cup of mixed vegetables(corn,peas, carrots)

    Meal4
    2:30
    1 can of tuna mixed with 1tbsp of low fat mayo.

    Meal5
    6-6:30
    Lean cut stake
    1 baked patatoe

    Workout

    8:30-9
    Protein shake.


    This is what ive come up with so far any help would be apreciated, I work outside all day and im always moving around, I basically work out when i get home from work about 30 mins after i eat dinner. Ive been doing this for the past 3 days now and I kinda feel full all the time more like bloated. I was thinking of adding a Clen /ECA stack soon to this soon also.

    Where's your cardio in this plan?

    Once again I'll have to refer you to the sticky above for cutting. You'll see you have numerous "errors" in your layout, that if corrected, can yield quicker/better results for you. I don't see cardio, nor do I see any pwo meals that are adequate. I also only see one day, not a plan for on/off days.

    Thanks for the replies, as for cardio I was going to try to sqeeze it in the morning but i work 10 hours a day and i drive about 45 mins to work and back lol doesnt leave much time for me. I basically do cardio all day long cuz of the type of work i do, but i might try to wake up a extra 20mins or so early to do 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week.

    Ok so i looked everything over again and I found I should have some lean protein in the morning so what if I put a protein shake or some hard boiled eggs? Because of my scheduel i cant work out in the middle of the day, my PWO as of righ now is just the protein shake. Should I add some carbs to that also? Should I cancel out meal 5 because its about 30 mins before my workout.

    This is basically my first cuttin diet and im tryin to gather up all the knowledge I can but other then those things I mentioned is there anything else i should change or am I still completly wrong.
