    question

    Im on a cuting diet and want some sort of bread to make sandwhiches and what not, any one got any ideas?

    Make sure you check the label on the whole wheat bread. Just because it says it on the front doesnt mean that is what it is. Make sure the first ingredient says either 100% whole wheat, whole oats, etc. Not bleached white flour or something like that.

    Also, im curious about eating low carb bread for you low carb meals...i wonder if that would work.

    Whole wehat bread. but their have been people on the board who have suggested to avoid all types of bread even whole wheat. your better of eating rice or any other carb.

    Yeah, here's an idea....

    if you're cutting, forget the bread! Really, that's basically common knowledge when it comes to leaning out. Check the sticky atop the page for more tips.

    Low carb tortillas do the trick for me. They are like bread but different!!!!
