Subs? Chips? Etc. I know you want to bulk, but items such as those will lend themselves eventually to the wrong bulk, then you have to strip that off, you lose lean mass perhaps in doing so, etc. The other items aside from "sandwich" type approaches seem okay. Don't eat fruit w/chuck steak however.....

Take a look at MikeXXL's lean mass gain type dietary approach above. It'll serve you far better.

thanks man...yeah that's kinda what I tried to use as an example, but do you think I need that much protein at 150lbs.?? Do you use 2g per lb body weight or 1g per lb body weight??? (for protein that is)

Try 1.5 grams for each lb. of LEAN mass, then adjust monthly or so from there.

Guys....I read the stckys...I am simply trying to adjust for my body weight....You can't tell me that a 150lb. guy should eat the same diet as a 250lb. guy. I took the example and tried to scale it down to what makes sense to me and asked for input...Thanks to those of you who helped me out. I've been researching on this board for some time and I have read most of the Education threads, so I understand the idea of reading them first.
thanks again everyone for constructive responses....
