poor college kid cutting diet. . critique
since i am poor and worthless all i gots is oatmeal, fruit i steal from the Union, flax oil, cans of tuna, and some ON whey. . so i construstected a die useing only these foods. . and usualy i can steal some sort of meat or chicken as well so here we go (its based on the P/C P/F idea of constructing diets) feel free to flame or w/e
