    poor college kid cutting diet. . critique

    since i am poor and worthless all i gots is oatmeal, fruit i steal from the Union, flax oil, cans of tuna, and some ON whey. . so i construstected a die useing only these foods. . and usualy i can steal some sort of meat or chicken as well so here we go (its based on the P/C P/F idea of constructing diets) feel free to flame or w/e

    Cardio first thing in morn on empty stomach

    meal 1 (1 hour later) Pro/Carb
    food kcal Pro Carb Fat
    1/2 cup oatmeal 150 5 27 3
    orange 62 1 15 0
    1 scoop whey 110 22 2 1

    meal 2 Pro/Fat
    1 scoop whey 110 22 2 1
    1 can o tuna 175 38 0 2.5
    2 tbs flax oil 110 0 0 11
    2 tbs natty PB 200 9 6 16

    meal 3 Pro/Carb
    1/2 cup oatmeal 150 5 27 3
    2 cans o tuna 350 76 0 5

    meal 4 PWO
    2 scoops whey 220 44 4 2
    apple 81 1 21 0

    meal 5 Pro/carb
    1 cup oatmeal 300 10 54 6
    1 can o tuna 175 38 0 2.5

    meal 6 Pro/Fat
    1 scoop whey 110 22 2 1
    1 tbs flax oil 110 0 0 11
    1 can o tuna 175 38 0 2.5

    total 2588 331 160 67.5

    For me, those calories would allow me to respond for a while but i would soon have to drop them further and i would do that with your carbs later on if you stop losing.

    And didnt you ever learn that stealing was bad...

    Geez no wonder, someone's been stealing my chickens! j/k

    try to further drop your caloreis if you stop losing. say 200 calories more would be a good start.

    looks pretty strict.... hope you have som echeat days planned... i wouldnt stick to that . I have a hard time gagging down tuna.

    no cheat days for me, and i just put a little A1 on my tuna and it taste great

    also, if i am getting about 2500 kcal on days i do cardio and lift, then how many should i cut out when i just do cardio. .the PWO lift meal is gone on those days but is that enough??

    It really depends on the person as some can cut out more than others. As rule of thumb though, I would say drop around 300 out on non-training days.
