Work getting in da way
I work on the weekdays.....This is an example of a typical day.I work from 6 pm to 11 pm everyday......Before work i have enough time to work out and eat three meals....I need to find a way to eat a fourth at work....The fifth meal is when I get home.Between those 5 hours of work I have no breaks.What can I do.....Should I just keep doing what im doing and forget about eating that fourth meal....5 hours seems like alot of time to go without eating especially when your trying to bulk up....

bro, you gotta find time to eat at work. Make it before you go, buy a protein bar or something. It's really important to eat 4-6 times a day. Keeps your metabolism up. Try eating about every three hours.

If you do not have time to make a meal the answer is very easy. Get yourself a shaker and buy some MRP. Those are meal replacements that you can buy at any health food store. Wal-mart even sells Met-Rx mrp that runs about 1.75 a package.

Bro, you can down a shake in 10 seconds, just to hold you over. . .until your next "feeding".

A shake is the way to go it will keep you going damn only 5 hours a day why can,t I find a job like that?
