A Clen Diet ?
Could someone tell me how my diet should be while I'm on Clen ? Eat less/same ??? What about foods? In terms of calories/proteins/fats/carbs, what should I break down the percentage to???
I know when your trying to bulk up, you have 6 meals a day, eating every 2 hours or so, but what about cutting down? Along with good cardio and the Clen, what should I eat? Less meals per day ? Like 3-4 meals only? With less fat obviously, but some detail would help.

i would say stick with 6 meals a day to keep your metabolism high and why not try a keto diet?
Keep you protein intake high to keep your muscles.

You're 175lbs at 5'5.
Keep you protein high at 320-325
Intake around 2500 cal.
and bellow 200 cabs.
Eat 6 times per day to keep the high metabolism.

Drop the carbs slowly increase the cardio but keep the protein high.

If your not on clen do you want to keep your protein to about 200-210? Im also about 175-180. Peace, Doc.

I think that's what they mean. Keep the protein nice and high. Get a min of 1gram per 1pound of weight. But 200 sounds good I think.

clen acts as a slight anabolic and if your protein is not above around 1.5 - 2.0 g/lb of lean body mass. you will sacrifice alot of muscle. Been there done that. Clen will make you a human furnice and if you are lean already you are risking lean body mass loss. I read an interesting thread on elite about protein before cardio in the moirning and I'm going to give it a try. Usual 4-5 weeks out i'm about 215 to 220 at 4-5% and then i just eat my self up the last 4-5 weeks to 195 and you know how hard it is to gain that muscle back !!

Sounds cool X, keep us updated on the protein before cardio thing and let us know how it goes.
