Advice for Tren ace , winstrol and ,anavar

Hi guys I need a bit Of advice for my next cycle which will be my 2nd cycle , my first consisted of

Week 1-3 Dianabol 30mcgs ED
Week 4 Dianabol 50mcgs ED
Week 1-6 tri test 400 600mcgs EW

Stats 6'0 210lbs after the cheeky bulk , 18 years old and around 15-17% bf.

Next cycle will consist of Tren Ace , winstrol (oral) , anavar

Week 1-8 anavar 50mcgs ED
Week 1-8 winstrol 50mcgs ED
Week 1-8 tren ace ( as to the dose I am unsure and this is what I need advice on )

My plan is to cut down I will be doing a lot of cardio and include some light lifting 5 days a week with weekends off, I cycle 14 miles a day to and from wok so that is some cardio but I'll be throwing in some jogging as well.

I do try and do my research and I think I know a little bit about steroids but obviously not everything and I am always open to learning more and more and gaining the knowledge.

If you ever so helpful people could help me here and advise me on what dose of Tren you think I should do then that would be great!

Personally I was thinking around 200-400mcgs EW

Tren should be measured in miligrams not micrograms. And 75mg's every other day should be sufficient for your first time running it. It was for me at least. You will definitely need to add in some form of test due to trens side effect of shutting down the body's natural testosterone production. Test P is usually recomended for a cutting cycle because it has the least amount of bloating associated with it. Running winstrol and anavar together will be pretty harsh on your liver though, especially running them for 8 weeks. Generally 6 weeks for orals is a good rule of thumb, but make sure to run liver support with it. I could be wrong on this, but I believe winstrol and anavar have very similar mechanisms of operations, so the benefits of running them together aren't much better than running say winstrol alone. I believe intermediate cycle II on the main page would have a perfect plan for what you are trying to do. I'm not looking at it right now but it's something like Test P 100mg EOD, Tren Ace 75mg EOD, and 50mg Winstrol for the last 6 weeks of the cycle. During this cycle you should run some type of AI as well, arimidex .5mg EOD works great.

Cheers bruva I'll have to look it up, on the profile of trenbolone I believe it says running tren winny and anavar you utilise all 3 esters and have greater results. But I may need to change it to anavar week 1-4 at like 70mcgs ed and then winny at 50 weeks 4-8 or just extend the cycle to give my liver a rest and I'll have to throw in some test as well don't want to go into a low test state and all that.

Of course, let me know how the cycle goes, I ran tren and test p on their own planning on adding anavar but couldn't get my hands on it in time due to the guy I met in the gym being totally unreliable. I got great cutting results with the two alone.

i know you don't want to hear this but 18 is way too young to be using AAS especially something as harsh as tren

Good idea Wattsie, keep plugging aware naturally, that way when it does come time to supplement you'll get crazy gains because you didn't waste the benefits of your first cycles when you were 18.
