aas helping repair tennis elbow???

38 yrs old and have some tennis elbow working now hard to jump into cycle.could the aas heal this????

it will temporarily but not permanent, and can sometimes come back worse than before due to the excess strain your likely to cause by being on cycle and pushing harder, ive the same prob. correct care of the condition is the way to go, warm up and stretch properly and eliminate trouble exercises.
