How do people cycle with let's say test e all year long? They got to do some crazy pct. And what would they do when they want to bulk or cut for most of the summer?

Yea diet does have alot to do with it but that ain't what I asked I asked how they stay on year round. How do they not get gyno or and how much do they take?

Gixxer actually did answer the second part of your question.

Some guys are on legitimate TRT, and add "blasts" where they raise the dose for the period of a cycle, then return to their TRT dose.

Others aren't on Dr prescribed TRT, but follow a similar protocol.

Doses are dependent on a persons goals, tolerance, and experience.

Gyno is like any other side of AAS use: some guys get it worse than others, some can tolerate very high doses with no gyno issues.
