Thanks for the info fedski. I found out staroffice converts all excel files, It opens in staroffice, so I am good to go. And thanks for making the program, you put alot of hard work into it, much appreciated.

sorry to interrupt the flow of the thread, but what is the purpose of HCG in the table? i thought HCG stimulated estrogen and progesterone synthesis.

Many people use HCG after a cycle as it returns your testicles to their normal size.

It's in the Cycle Planner as an example only.

Aha - funny you should mention that. I was working on that last week. Didn't get it to work though and didn't have the time to finish it. Will probably look at it again some time soon. But, if you manage to get the code working (to show the weeks) then I'd be grateful if you could send the updated spreadsheet to me and I will add the code to the next release.

    Many thanks.

Just thought I'd let you all know that I bust my PC. Which is one of the reasons I haven't been making many posts and haven't looked at developing the training spreadsheet yet.

It might be a while before I repair it - I've spent all my spare cash on my next cycle - well you've got to prioritise haven't you?

hey i have a question - please tell me about impotence side effects cause everytime I have done my cycles my sex drive goes up and maintains but some say that after some time some people cant get it up any more - is that true.

Also i plan to hit the GH cycle soon and need some recommendations for myself as a novice GH user - cause from what I know this this the shit that make you grow and you can keep the growth so long as you come down off of it properly.

Sure, that would be cool. If you don't mind let your members know where they need to come if they want to ask me questions (AR of course).

    Cheers.

    Very nice.

Im guessing that the most current version is in the initial post. Could you add GH, slin, primo, nolva and adex?

Yes, most current version is in the initial post. I haven't got around to updating it yet - got a baby on the way and very, very busy.

You may have worked this out already but the Cycle Planner caters for most of the things you've suggested. Just use the clear button to wipe out the EXAMPLE data and start again. I have used the planner to map out my Nolva and Proviron usage. You can enter just about any cycle component into the component columns.

If there is a cycle component that the planner doesn't cater for, then please let me know what it is and why the planner won't accept it.

    My sticky.

Hey AR mods have I lost my sticky for Cycle Planner?

While it's been a sticky 1000s have downloaded it.

You sure you want to let it drift away down the threads?

I agree...it has come in handy a few times for me and I am sure many more in the future.

Hey Fed are you still planning on putting together that training planner you where talking about about a year ago?

If you have a copy or started something I wouldn't mind seeing what it looks like thus far.

It's probably due to incorrect file associations. Reinstall your copy of Office and/or Excel and that should sort it!

Probably, but you need to be a little more specific about your problem. Read through the Cycle Planner thread - many problems have already been addressed. If after that you still need help then PM me and I'll assist.

BY THE WAY FOLKS - CYCLE PLANNER 4.0 IS JUST ABOUT READY FOR RELEASE!!!
