    What do you guys think?

    Hey guys,

I've been reading allot here on this great forum and I've found this vid on youtube from Rich Piana.

The subject that I would like to discuss here starts at 8:00

Rich says that it would not be logical to take hCG during your cycle, but that you should take it in your PCT. Since your body would not know what to do, according to Rich.
He also says that he uses AI only when he gets gyno or whatever, because AIs lower de HDL cholesterol.

So, what he says is pretty much the opposite from what I've been reading here on this forum (hCG use during cycle instead of PCT and the use of an AI to prevent anything as gyno + water retention and other nasty long-term side effects from high estrogen levels that you will not notice on the short-term). I know that certain AIs lower de HDL cholesterol, but with the right diet and regular bloodwork cholesterol should be kept within the safe zone, righ

So what do you guys think about this, I'm not here to bash, but to show people that are pretty new to this world of AAS that there is allot of information on the internet; where one site says you should do this the other says that you should do that and that leads to confusion. Well at least I get confused from it..

Rich Piana and his coach are both stuck in the 70's.

You do not magically become suppressed post cycle. It happens on cycle. So use HCG on cycle. It's your seatbelt. Rich piana is telling you to put your seatbelt on after you get in a wreck. Make sense to you?

I wonder if Rich knows hcg is suppressive and would be counter productive during pct. I also wonder why he cannot see the benefit of maintaining testicular function while on cycle as it pertains to a smoother recovery post cycle.
I think you manage e2 properly with an ai, keep it within clinical range, and you get the benefits of estrogen without the adverse effects. You use an ai on cycle PROPERLY and manage e2 not crush it-thats what jimmyinkedup says.

Yeah I see what you mean there.

Yeah that's what I've learned from this forum and how I'd like to set up my first cycle with the proper use of hCG and an AI during my cycle, but then I saw this video and I got pretty much confused. Especially because he says:"Everyone is an internet genius, blabla", it's all about trial and error..
