    Blood test and advice

    Hey Im new to this site.
    I've lurked around before but never had an account, so tell me if I'm doing something wrong.

    I had some concerns about being underdeveloped because of my physical features which I always thought would develop due to my late puberty (15): high(er) pitched voice, little to no facial hair, almost no hair on any part of my body for that matter and I also feel my package is less than substantial.
    So I told my doctor all of this and he agreed to test my free test, total test and my thyroxine levels. My results were... Free test: 87.8 pg/mL in the reference range of 35.0-155.0 pg/mL . Total test:333 in the ref. range of 250-1100 ng/dL. My thyroxine was 1.4 in the reference range of .8-1.8.

    I'm afraid that i'll be underdeveloped for the rest of my life, I also think i have the symptoms of having low testosterone , cause in the recently years I've gained a lot of weight, I feel as if I have mood swings being happy one moment and sad the next as well as being tired all the time and it's definitely certain that I have gyno.

    I share this information, because for a while I've been wanting to start a cycle but I dont know if my low testosterone will have long term effects after my cycle is complete. Ive read stories of people's test staying low after a cycle, unable to recover to the former levels. I was also wondering, is there any possibility for me to be sterile after this cycle due to my natural low test? I would say that is what I fear the most at my age of 21.

    Thanks

    best advice i can give, is if your worried about having kids you need to get your spermatogenesis checked. basically your sperm levels. thats all that really matters when it comes to having kids.

    your test of 333 is very low for a 21 year old! i bet your E2 is high too! cycle will not do you any good because your base is low to begin with, so if you cycle for 12 weeks then do PCT, you may go back to 300s range if you're lucky! most of the time it won't bounce back to your base level anyway, but again your test is low to start with. you may need to consider TRT!

    Sorry, can you point me to a thread where I can find out where E2 stands for?
    I really don't want to consider TRT because I really think I'm too young for that. Are there any alternative methods you can suggest?

    E2=Estrogen!

    i wish i can help you but i am new to Hormone Therapy Replacement! but from everything i've read sounds like you need to see a good endocrinologist. there are ways you can boost up your test like diet and exercise, but not sure how much that will help you. best of luck to you!
