    HCG Question

    Hi everyone.

Hypothetically: After time my LH drops to '0' while on Testosterone Gel. If I was to implement HCG into my protocol at that time. After time, I have the LH in my blood tested again. Would it raise? Or does HCG just provide similar benefits of LH?

From what I have read, HCG mimics LH in the male body but will not show in blood work so you will most likely see low numbers.

I'll let the vets chime in on this one...

^^ This is also how I understand how hcg works. It doesn't raise LH levels...it simply looks like LH to your Leydig cells and pituitary, thereby stimulating the testes to produce Test.

It will actually inhibit LH production just like testosterone does.

It will mimic the effects though.

Once you're on TRT, there's really no point to test LH or FSH again.

There's an HCG sticky at the top of the forum for just all of these questions...and more.
