When on trt and do a blast .....lets say just test cyp no other compounds. Whenever your blast ends and you return to your normal protocol would there be any need to increase anything like your AI or anything else until your levels are back to normal again?

Your AI will need to be increased when you initiate your "blast" and then decreased to normal shortly after cessation. Example of an average dosage would be .25mg Adex EOD for a 500mg per week cycle of test. Where you fall depends on amount and your own physiology. BW is the only real indicator.
