    How is my E2?

I had a 15.63 pg/ml estradiol result (ref 7.63 - 42.7) - what do you guys think about this level? This was measured before I started TRT.

Once you get those labs, post them up. Assuming you are also getting all of the other typical trt panels? What was your pre-trt total and free test? You should post those also along with the new labs.

Pre-trt I was at 33 on that same scale. Now I'm just trying to tweak to keep around 30 where I seem to feel best. When mine drops toward the lower or higher end, I just don't feel right.

As I'm learning, the numbers are very individualistic. Some feel better at slightly lower while others may prefer slightly higher. You will need to find your number. Most of the research (LEF primarily) states that 30 is a good number to shoot for; especially if you feel good around there.

    Hope this helps. Good luck!

I've been at 46 and at about 18. I feel better around the twenties. I use Adex .5 mg once a week, the morning after my second pin. I've learned to feel my body though and can tell when to take it and when not to.

I just checked the price for 28 pills of Arimidex in here in Colombia - $250 dollars. I did not know it was so expensive.

Why not split that dose to .25 after each pin for more consistency?

Negative. That's a rip off. Use the site sponsor or other mail order pharma if you prefer, and IF you need it.

At present, nothing. I've lowered my 2x per week T dose a tad to see if I can do without an AI and have have incorporated dim, copper, zinc. I Will know how it's working when my news blood work comes back.

Prior to that I did, and will do again if needed, .25 adex the day after each T shot; as Kelkel mentioned. Just trying to baseline how my body reacts and making note of how I feel as I go.
