Arimidex question

How do you guys on prescribed Anastrozole get a script for more than a few pills at a time ? I'm on .25mg eod and a 30-day supply from the pharmacy is about 4 pills. They won't give me more than a 30-day supply. Pain in the ass because the script costs me $10 to fill every time.

I don't understand that one. They gave me a whole bottle. Check the way the script was worded. It isn't a controlled substance so it shouldn't be that closely watched. My test on the other hand is very closely watched by the pharmacist.

From my own personal experience with anastrozole, .25mg EOD is a mighty big dose on an average TRT regimen. I'd watch it if I were you. Adex is a VERY strong AI and you could crash your E2 before you even blinked.

Your doctor wrote your script wrong you should be able to get 30 1mg. tabs and they should last a long long time. And I agree with the others if you do take .25 EOD won't be long that you will have your I think I crashed my E2 thread going.

some times its the insurance. heck if I had to pay $10 copay for 4 pills I'd just pay out of pocket at $0.35 each from Costco!

it appears that I crashed mine and it is not pleasant feeling. I was so hot last night that I thought I was in the middle of the Saharah Dessert. I did not sleep but two hours last night. 24 hours after I took Arimidex (1mg) all hell broke lose.

He wrote the script for 1mg per week, which would make 4 pills about a 30-day supply. Pharmacy isn't going to give me a year's worth. I think insurance limits me to a 30-day supply. Also, I backed my dosage off to just .25mg the day after injections (Monday and Thursday). Just had my E2 levels checked 2 weeks ago and I was at 20.

I take .5 the day after my second shot. Been working pretty good. Just take your script to Costco. It's much easier to deal without the insurance company sometimes.
