Cruise protocol and AI, Blood work when? Kelkel?

Hey fellas, ive been cruising for a while on 250mg of test e per week, split mon/thu of 125mg each, a few months back ive been takling to kelkel on my AI dosage and i was set on .25mg arimidex 24hr after each injection so that would be tue and friday. When i had bloods done it showed me e2 at 89pmol, which was a big drop from my over 200nmol which i was happy about, but im thinking i might wanna lower it further, would it be ok to add another .25mg in on a sunday, so id be doing .25mg sun/tue/friday and my injection monday and thursday. Im thinking if i could get my e2 to around 60nmol would be nice. Thoughts? Im just trying to establish a solid protocol for the time being because this is a lifestyle for me and makes me some decent money on the side so its quite important in an aspect for me to.

89 PMOL works out to be 24pg/ml which is your guys American system, where as im in Australia hence the difference. Would an E2 of 16 be quite low? wHAT do most of you guys feel good at? 16 in your system would be as i said for me 60pmol.

i think 89 pmol is exactly where you wanna be. around 20 in the american system is the sweet spot

My own estrogen runs around 24. I actually feel better in the low 30's so the number is subjective. LEF recommends between 20-30 for health reasons. Remember you're not a number, it's how you feel, libido, etc..
