    Lethargy update

I reduced my trt dose 25%. I still was tired all the time. Yesterday I went donate blood. My iron was 17.2. At 18.4 they do not take your blood. She asked if I felt tired. Today I feel different. Not as tired. More energy with my work out. I can donate again in 58 days. Im wondering if my iron level will rise to that 17.2 before its time to donate again. That will suck. Any other ways to reduce iron levels. Thanks

Get a Rx for a therapeutic phlebotomy. Or do it yourself.

I have to donate every month to keep my levels down. I use two different organizations to get around the only being able to donate every 56 days.

I don't think I can do it myself at this point. Different organizations? They don't keep tabs on this? Thanks

Nope..... I go to Red Cross then the next month I go to Lifesouth. They do not share info since they are actually competitors.
