    Had my appointment today and....

Running clomid at 50mg a day has increased my total test to 674 (348-1197) and my free test to 14.3 (9.3-26.5). Im not sure if those numbers are something I should be happy about? The only difference I have noticed is I get random erections and erection quality has improved. I have been diagnosed with a mild case of sleep apnea so I am waiting for my machine to try for a couple months. I told my doctor about this and he suggested I stay on the clomid and try the cpap machine, If my symptoms dont improve on that he wrote me a script for test cyp. to try. However, he told me to do 100mg a week. Doesnt that seem a little low? It seems like it would shut me down only to give me lower than normal levels. I also told him I was concerned that my nipples seemed a little puffy and he checked it out and determined it wasnt gyno. But he did order PSA (not sure what that is?) CBC (not sure what that is either lol) and estradiol as part of my next blood work just to check.

YB you probably should have kept this in your other thread. That said, total T doesn't really matter and your FT is less than mid-range. Whether it's good or not depends on how your feel at that level as you're not a number, they're just a guide.

100mgs per week is not low, it's a prudent starting dose as it's always better to titrate up than down to avoid sides. Many docs start guys out around 60 - 80 mgs per week btw. The tests ordered are Prostate Specific Antigen, Complete Blood Count and Estradiol (which hopefully is an E2 Sensitive Assay.)

So at this point with my free test less than midrange is it safe to say that Clomid isn't entirely working for me?

That's subjective. It's working just not at a level you're happy with at this time. I'd wait till you're done with the apnea testing/therapy and then see where you're at.
