Welcome to the forum. I’m new at HRT also, so take my insights for what they are. Rookie insights.

That said, those first 2-3 weeks were probably too early for you to feel the testosterone working. You were likely feeling some elevated mood because your brain anticipated feeling better from the shot. Basically like a placebo effect.

If you are only 10 weeks in your body is still adjusting to the testosterone. There is a handy stickey about when you should level out and feel your testosterone. Short answer is about 6 months for most important changes.

Also FWIW your doctor doesn’t sound great. You obviously don’t have faith in her. So maybe you should communicate your concerns clearly to her and is she doesn’t do anything to restore your faith switch to doctor 2.

Hang in there. Hopefully you start to feel better soon.

140 is a good number. That’s what my weekly dose is.

Hopefully you will get dialed in and start to feel better. Your numbers are definitely improving but on TRT you still want to see them come back in higher than that. How long until your next bloodwork?

I'm thinking I'll need need more then 140 of test c a week. The results of 342 were from taking 110 of test c last. Last week I got 130 and this week 140 so I'm sure my numbers went up more then 342 now but I'm thinking not high enough to be my upper natural levels.

Was hoping to get more responses here but can't wait much longer cause my next shot will be due Tuesday. My gut says go to the other place. I'm calling there tomorow to set up a appointment.

You have to be your own doctor. Go with your gut.
