Ed on trt and not estrogen related

I have been on trt for almost 2.5 years. I take .3ml of TC 2x a week(total 120mg week) 400 mcg hcg 2x a week. 1ml of Methl B12 a week. And 1ml lipo B a week. I take .25 anasyrozole with each TC injection. I hve had E.D. issues in the past but they were always Estradiol related. Once regulated to @22 I am good. This time is has not worked. I tried more and less and let estradiol go high and low and it doesn’t fix it. I still have drive but can’t get full hard. It can only get semi. I decided to take the E.D. panel at discounted labs. Here are my results. Ignore the Estradial cause I had just let it go high to see if that helped. It is back down now and no improvement. Wondering why DHT is so low with such a high level of T. I got pretty high with only 120mg test a week. Especially free t. The test was taken in Wednesday morning. I took last shot Sunday morning so this is the low point. Please help. It has been few months.

    OK, I finally figured out the dosing schedule not ".3mg of TC 2x a week", but rather 0.3 mL (of 200 mg/mL) T-cyp 2X per week. 200 X0.3 = 60 mg X2 = 120 mg/week. Correct?

Assuming that's correct, I haven't a clue as to why your DHT is so low. It does seem odd. Mine is over 6 times that level when my TT is around 1000. Granted, I have the opposite problem. I down saw palmetto and Pygeum like crazy, but can't get it to go down much.

Are you taking any saw palmetto, finasteride, or any other DHT lowering supplement or drug?

I suspect that your low DHT might be the source of your ED.

Yes I am sorry. I meant ml. I take 120 mg a week. A fairly low dose. I don’t take anything that I know of that would lower my Dht. Unless the liver cleanse or milk thistle does. I take vitamins. I will list:
    Centrum multi
    Fish oil
    Zinc
    D3
    Turmeric
    Liver cleanse
    Milk thistle
    Dim

No one had any idea what could cause the Low DHT? I started creatine today in an effort to raise it. I’d like to understand the underlying cause however as this is not normal with total Test over 1k.

Personally if I were having ED...
I would cut the dose of test down to a non-supraphysiological level where I didn't have to use an AI.
The idea of TRT is to be in a normal level of hormones.
Even teenagers with raging hormones don't need to donate blood and use an AI.

I plan to. Actually I was never this high before until this last blood work. I am usually in the 800s. My free test is usually not that high either. Usually slightly over range. Not sure what has caused it to jump with this latest test other than working out more. It’s all odd to me

My trt dr said to try low dose cialis for a month as I could have cholesterol build up in penis. The cialis will push it out. Has anyone heard of this?

cialis will help with your erections but I do not think it will push out cholesterol.

Possibly in theory that the increased blood flow from Cialis might have long-term effects by preventing or breaking up current deposits. I do believe I've witness this after a couple years of low dose daily treatment. However, I've not seen any hard data on it, but then again, it's not a topic I've researched much. Bottom line, low dose Cialis certainly won't hurt. If insurance gives you push-back (mine is not covered at all), then it is readily in generic form from multiple black market steroid vendors. Lots of the generic stuff comes out of India. Seems to work just as well for me and a fraction of the cost. I purchase 10mg tables and quarter them for 0.25mg daily.

I got 25mg chewable from my compounding pharmacy. I was told to split and take half every other day. That seems high based on what I read and your dosage. I was thinking I could quarter them and take 6mg every other day. Is that even too high? Better to take daily or is every other ok?

There are 2 FDA approved daily doses, 2.5mg and 5mg. So, if you are going to do E2D dosing, I would think 5-10 mg range would be sufficient. For me, I find 2.5mg daily optimal and I bump that up on weekends and vacations to 5mg daily when there is increased likelihood of taking advantage of its effects. Keep in mind, the drug is optional for me, more like a recreational drug. You might need more.

Is this just a wild guess by your doctor or did he evaluate your chol levels as well?

Cialis (Tadalafil) causes the smooth muscle lining of your blood vessels to dilate resulting in greater blood flow into the penis. I suppose having greater volume of blood traversing through the blood vessel could "push" cholesterol out of there.

No this was just my online trt clinic. Even with my low dose cialis I am still having issues. I can get hard but trouble keeping it. I think it could be mental issues but in the past when things were right my mind wouldnt cause issues. I still believe something is wrong and physically causing this but no matter what I have tried with regards to my trt it has not helped.
