Tamoxifen to revert mild gyno?

Hey guys, I have a mild gyno from a bad cycle I did many years ago (when I was 20, I did a cycle of test 600mg/week and no pct) ... I don't even know if i should call it a gyno, cuz it is minor and i do have good muscle on the chest area (and shoulder)...Now I'm 35 and i have been on trt for 3 years and recently i decided to add tamoxifen 10mg/day in order to try eliminate this mild gyno... I have been on it for 2 weeks now, and I feel that I'm losing some muscle on the chest and shoulders, along with some strength decrease (Like 5% loss of strength)... I would like to know from you guys if it is normal! I expected to lose the little fat i have on my lower pecs, but not muscle and strength... Has anyone else experienced this? Or it is only in my mind?

Hi brother instead of an A.I. You need a SERM to take that gyno down try 10-20mgs a day of novadex and that should bring it down over the course of a few weeks good luck...

Though Nolva works I still can say from experience Letro is a good option too.

If it’s very light, you might stand a chance of possibly reducing the growth size - with a few rounds of Nolva - Letro < just no(it does work, tho)

I refuse to take either now - I’m done with Rx caused castration

This is how my chests look like... Is it gyno or not? I wish i was leaner on the pecs!

Doesn't look like gyno to me.
You appear pretty lean.
Mean hold fat in their abs and chest. It is just the way of the world.

Some guys have rounded pec muscles and some guys have more squared off chest muscles. It is what it is.
Just like some have long bicep bellies and some have small bicep bellies.

I think you are being overly critical on yourself.

Do you have any lumps behind your nipples?

Yeah, my Biceps is long type too... Doesn't have that agressive look...

Even with another surgery, I doubt I can obtain that skin tightness on my chest

I may have chosen a bad picture to show it... Maybe i showed one that looks good... I will look for another one, that shows it better... I will crop off the rest of me, as the previous one...

Ok... This is a better one to show it... Right now, relaxed... The other i was in the middle of a training session... This is as bad as it can look... Of course if I contract it gets better, but i wanted to show the worst...
