    Supplements to TRT

    Hello everyone,

I have recently started TRT after a 6 month or so break (long story as to why, but not medical). Any thoughts on what if anything I should take to supplement it?

    Aromatase inhibitor

Your 2 posts indicate that you are self medicating, is this the case?

For starters, read the thread linked below:

Once you understand the relevant lab panels and what they mean, you'll understand both what and why you may have additional needs beyond just injecting testosterone .

I misinterpreted the first time I read this.
Essentially, you just want to know if there's anything you can add to basic TRT?
-Like for injuries? In some cases BPC-57 will work great for soft tissue injuries.
-Or, maybe GH or GH peptide?
-Or, to keep blood levels in range?
-Or, you see all the stuff available and you just want to get a suggestion about something that will promote growth in combo with TRT?

I think you should concern yourself with getting your trt dose and test levels at a good healthy level, with little to no adverse side affects, before adding anything else in.

If you're referring simply to supplements then I'd recommend:

Vit D: Just know your range before implementing and monitor it as it's fat soluble not water soluble. Range is normally 30-100 so mid-range is fine. Also improves Free T.
    Whey Protein: Explanation not needed
Cialis: Low dose daily is a very healthy item for any man. It's a vasodilator which improves blood flow plus numerous other benefits. Only reason not to take it is if you have historically low BP

    There's others but that's a good start.

Creatine 5G daily and a good whey protein isolate supplement daily are no-brainers. I would also add circumin and resveratrol for anti-inflammation. Healthy diet and lots of water. Good training plan based on your goals. Sleep.

I do agree with the other post - get to equilibrium and good bloods on the TRT before you add anything (except the OTC stuff above).

In my personal opinion MK 677 is a good supplement to use with test. I tried a couple of brands before I got the results I was looking for

Which brand did you like? I'm really curious about the mike arnold tablets. Also it seems my source carries it in tab form but haven't asked him which ones they are. Or maybe he's pressing his own.

I use warrior labs both liquid and tabs whatever is in stock, I do prefer the liquid, I’m taking a break right now because I’m in a deficit and can’t handle the increased hunger, it’s not a miracle supplement but to me it’s a good addition to test and it helps me sleep better and eat more I also believe it helps with more muscle growth than just test alone

Ah thanks for the info. Eh maybe I'll hold off on it as well. I need to drop some fat after gaining quite a bit back. I'm already struggling with staying on my diet, so not sure I need something that makes you eat more. Lol
