Neuropathy

FYI for those getting/have neuropathy.

My dad has it bad in his legs/feet for 30yrs.

Doing my own research because the meds were not working, I found that b1 and b12 help prevent it and reduce symptoms.

Put my dad on semi high doses of both and his life has changed. He can walk and sleep without the annoying pain.

Big take away is you can reduce it getting worse over time. No Dr ever worried about that... Only pills...
